another device using IP address, not sure how to fix

Hi all - hoping someone can help me with this one.

Basically I'm on holidays and where I'm staying provides free internet (they give you a log in name and password to use it) - I had been using it with no issues, but lately it will cut out a lot saying there is another device using IP address.

I'm assuming its assigning the same ip address to someone else?

Were staying here a while and I use the internet a lot so its very frustrating to constantly have to reconnect.

Is there a way around this? Would appreciate any help!
