I am trying to make a password protected folder when I click on disk utility>new image>Go through all the steps of saving it with desired name>defining space etc...etc... On clicking create, the .DMD file does get created but when I click it the simultaneous folder that gets created, it gets created under Devices why does it not get created on the desktop as it happens for others in the YouTube videos that I have watched.
Second when I have got this, I wanna make the DMG file look like a Folder I know this guy showed it in to the YouTube video but I seem to not get it. Can someone please explain or show the steps more in a simple way again ?
