Razer Synapse 2.0 pops up on my screen

Not sure its even an issue, but My Razer synapse app is usually on my screen and active (as if I clicked the app or clicked the menubar icon to load it) when i walk into my office after the screensaver has been active for awhile or the computer wakes from sleep. Is it likely cause one of my devices are losing and re-gaining connection?

Anyone seeing this kind of issue?

And just how will "Better Touch Tool" work with my Razer BlackWidow keyboard? Does it support recording and editing keystroke macros for the five F15-F19 keys? Does it let me remap all of the keys?

It looks like something that's for pointing devices and Razer Synapse 2.0 is what I use to customize my keyboard.

Better touch tool is free, it supports macros and should work with any keyboard. I found the razor software just to flashy and device specific.
