Anyone got or used the sigma 24-105 art lens?

I'm selling all my lenses to get the sigma 18-35 f1.8, I'm also considering buying the canon 24-105 I can get it for around £470 brand new but Iv been looking at the sigma range and saw they have the 24-105 it costs around £100 more but I don't see any comparisons to canons lens?

Sharpness is critical for me..
