Is this a normal shipping estimate?

Ordered a rMBP 13" yesterday (15th Jan) with 16GB RAM & 1TB Flash but the estimated delivery date is 27th - 29th Jan??

That seems quite a long time just to put some more RAM and change the flash drive.

Or is that expected?
