It doesn't say anything about Broadwell EP in that article.
If recent history is anything to show Intel are slow to release Xeons and take months to be able to ship in volume after a release date. I doubt they even care at this point to rush new Xeon E5s as the old ones will just continue to sell.
They are highly unlikley to release less than 12 months after Haswell EP too.
