iOS Beginners question: Different files

I just have quick question.
Im just playing around with xCode but I cant figure out how to work with my different files..

Right now I´m working with spritekit and I´m trying to make a button in my ViewController that makes a sprite do an action. The sprite is set up in MyScene and I haven´t understood how I´m supposed to work with different files like this yet.. How do I connect them and so on

The answer probably has an easy solution
