[College Project] Name two things you wanted as a child but never got.

Age 54.

I always wanted school clothes like everybody else in my 10 years of schooling. Mine were somewhat dishevelled cotton hand me downs while everybody else then new spiffy polyester.

My parents were quite poor, but they still managed to get me the Seal Point Siamese cat and Minolta rangefinder camera i yearned for.

Age 64 years

As a child I really wanted a Meccano set number 10.(never got it)

But the thing I needed most was some time to be a boy, I had five older sisters.

Set? SET?? Luxury.

I made-do with hand-me-down Meccano stuff, and Mini-Bricks, the real rubber ones, before WWII rationing.

I really wanted a Dick Tracy wristwatch radio.

I wanted to do something that involved nudity and my first grade reacher, Mrs. Gruber.

I wasn't entirely clear on what it all involved, but I knew it would be just swell.


I can't think of the second thing right now...distracted...

The second one is right now (Pokemon isn't as awesome as it was, I want the old games...) ... The first one was a few years ago. I'm 14.

A dog. I enjoyed White Fang by Jack London as a kid and a husky was the closest thing to a wolf I could own. I'm 29.

I always wanted cards but my parents felt it was a waste of money (which I didn't realize as a kid). Not playing cards but Pokemon' and those sort of cards.

Also wanted a dog, my parents said Good joke.
