Bad experience with Desmay

I have ordered 2 Slight 5 from Desmay and according to the tracking number they provided the items were mailed on Jan 17 and left HK on Jan 22. After that...nothing. I sent 3 emails to their support email address...no answer. I do know that maybe the items left HK and after that it is kind of out of their hands but at least answer emails. I googled them and I saw that other people also had bad experience with Desmay. Has anybody out there had bad support from them?

Maybe check out Spigen next time. You will find very similar cases and prices. Very easy to deal with and good customer service. I use their products and have never had any problems. I know this does not help you with Desmay but at least it gives you an alternative for the next time.
