iPhone 5 replacement comes with iOS6?

Hi,
I have an iPhone5 with that purple dot (not the know purple flare) and I want to take it to service. I wonder if they replace the iPhone5 if the new iPhone5 comes with iOS6 or 7?

Any experience on this?

You might get one with iOS 6 still on it, but how likely that is is anyone's guess really--it's possible but not all that probable at this point.

It depends upon luck mostly.
it is assumed that once you have older software you will update it first and then use it.
..

They won't need to replace it.

If it's a purple dot on the camera, they can replace the camera module. If it's a purple dot on the LCD, they can replace the screen.
