Some of the keys on my keyboard just stopped working.

I tried substituting my charger for the three prongs one, but it had no different effects; I also tried trying it on another account, but the problem remained, what made me believe it was a hardware problem. When I ran the Install Disc Test, though, it identified no issues.

Right now I'm using a tablet keyboard (not an Ipad) I connected on my macbook via USB, in case this makes any difference.

I really need to solve this problem, anyone know how I can identify it better?

Thanks :)

Which keys stopped working?
If they are (more or less) in a vertical group, such as 3, E, D and C, then that is a fairly common failure of the keyboard encoder. You would replace the top case, which includes the keyboard.
