I have a lot of music stored on an ATV1 for which the original library on my old mac was lost. A lot of it was ripped and not purchased from Apple, so I can't just re-download it.
The ATV1 contains an intact copy of this library that I would like to copy back to iTunes on my new Mac.
It sounds like I will need to jailbreak the ATV1, which I don't mind doing, though I have never jailbroken a device before.
I have read from other posts that I could possibly "SSH in" but I'm not sure what this means or how to do it. Any help would be most appreciated.
