Hello everyone.

I own the latest MacBook Pro W/Retina display. I am curious on whether or not my Mac will be able to handle Max Payne 3. I have the MacBook pro with Nvidia 750M with Intel iris 5200 pro with 2GB Graphic memory. My Mac is powered by Intel's Haswell Quad-Core i7 2.3 GHz.

Hello everyone.

Steam lists the requirements as follows:

OS: Mac OS X 10.7.5 Lion
Processor: Intel Dual Core Xeon / Core i Series 2.4 GHZ or greater
Memory: 4GB
Hard Disk Space: 32GB
Video Card: NVIDIA® 8800GT 512MB VRAM / AMD Radeon HD 4870 512 VRAM

It would be helpful it they denoted both required and recommended to give a better idea of what to expect. I would believe this to be minimum requirements. That said, you should be fine then but I have no idea if you might need to turn down settings at all or not. Maybe somebody with the same configuration as yours will come along and be able to help there. You certainly should be able to play it though.

You'll be fine as long as you don't run it a crazy retina res. I run it at max settings with a 1 GB 5850, 1080p.
