After endless problems with erratic iCloud sync, I reverted to USB local sync. Finally, after lots of effort, the iCloud errors were replaced with a system that works. It worked well when I went to bed last night.
This morning, however, this is what had happened.

I am absolutely furious as my Apple experience so far has been one long frustration, of updates that kill functionality and every next update brings more turmoil In my experience, not mere opinion, Apple breaks more than they fix with every update.
At the price premium, we expect more than all these problems!!!!!
How do I fix my sync now?
