Apple TV 2 goes black screen every 10 seconds

I connected my Apple TV2 to my 52" Samsung 1080P LCD screen and it keeps blinking every 10 seconds (screen goes black for about 10 seconds then comes back). Very annoying.
Tried several HDMI cables and all the HDMI inputs on my TV.

Same thing when I connect it to my 1080p projector.

Out of nowhere it stopped doing this issue but now I got no sound...
