So I just had something interesting happen. I tried to reply to a post and MacRumors told me that my IP had been blacklisted. Well, turns out that it was because I had my VPN service (through Private Internet Access) turned on. I was able to solve the problem by switching the VPN to another server, but I still wonder how I go about getting my preferred server's IP off of the blacklist. Clearly someone else who uses the same VPN service I do to post abuse/spam of some sort and therefore the IP got blacklisted. Any ideas?

I recommend you send in a Contact Us form with the details and the admins will work it out with you that way.
