iTunes home sharing video issue...

I've got some videos I've converted to mp4 and imported into iTunes. The Apple TV plays them give and remembers the position from it to my mac and back, but when I start something on my iPad, it won't remember where I left off when I go on via the apple tv. Any ideas?

Anyone got any idea?

Well thought here was better as it's an iPad problem.
