iPhone Requesting Help with a Wallpaper

Ok sooo I am currently using the following New York Rangers wallpaper

But I was hoping someone could make me something in a similar style using the Columbus Blue Jackets logos (Regular and alternate if at all possible!)

I've tried google searching for about 45 minutes with no luck.

Wow thank you so much! If you don't mind me asking, how did you make them? or did you just find them where I could not?

they were created using a distressed template that another user here made and then merged with wallpapers i made...
