iPhone 4S probely loked

So there it is:
I have an iPhone 4S IOS 7.0.4 JB +
baseband 5.0.02
Every site I checked the IMEI SIMFREE
The device is not reported stolen
When I insert Sim card (any company) appears to me one line and then says no service
Do not tell me to send it to the lab I'm the kind of person who do everything themselves
Thanks to everyone who participates and tries to help

fair enough I knew of a problem in Australia....Israel I didn't even know had stable electricity, let alone a mobile network.

Not an issue so to speak. More along the lines of seeking the same info as you. They had an iPhone 5s
