MBA 2013: how to setup 3 partitions for Mac OS X, Windows 7, and data

Hi,

I want to have Mac OS X and Windows 7 on my Macbook Air (Mid 2013) while having one or two additional partitions (NTFS) on the same SSD.

What is the best way to manage this?
