Apple TV & iRemote Stopped

I just moved to a new home. I got a new internet service provider as well. I connected my AppleTV, my MacBook Pro, and my iPhone 5S to the WiFi here. However, I can't get the iRemote app to work nor will my phone sync with iTunes via wifi. How can I fix this??
