Well that's a bit rich coming from the hack-and-build-it-yourself community. It's hardly rocket science to draw a shape like this.

You'd need to be a mug to pay $25 for the 3D print file - most people with a 3D printer can easily knock up an STL file for free!

If you go to Shapeways and search for iPhone 6, the same designer is already offering the finished model.
It's around $35 depending upon material selected.
I'm surprised that info isn't part of the story.
