REPEAT alarms for CALENDAR ITEMS? Force sound=MAX?

My 80 year old mother can't seem to set her alarm clock.

I'd like to remotely set wake-up alarms for her doctor appointments via google calendar.

I don't want it to simply beep once.

I'd like it to repeat beep until she acknowledges it, EVEN IF THE VOLUME IS DOWN on the ipad.

Any way to do that?
