"Exceptional circumstances" are relatively rare. Much more common are issues that simply require a bit of troubleshooting.I said "essentially". I'm a software engineer, I know my way around a computer, I'm just showing proof that this is an exceptional circumstance since all signs point to OK battery life, but it's still being eaten up fast.
