Just bought a new iPad Mini Retina 32GB 3G from the apple store closest to me (Newcastle) and it has come with 7.0.4. I thought I'd treat myself since my iPad2 was looking a bit tatty. I had resigned myself to getting on on 7.1.1 and having to wait for the jailbreak to come out so I'm chuffed to bits.
