Okay, I'm not sure if there will be anyone to help, but here goes.

I repair phones, consoles and computers. One of the services I provide is replacing just the glass on mobile devices that have cracked glass. I have done this lots of times, but today I tried this on a iPhone 5 screen. Watching this video it shows that the glass can be removed the same was as other devices, but it also says that I can remove the plastic sheet instead of cleaning all the OCA off.

I got the glass off perfectly fine, then when it came to cleaning the OCA I peeled the plastic sheet off.
However now the screen is very sensitive to heat and discolours the screen at the slightest bit of heat (even the heat from my finger discolours the screen)
And now the digitizer is not very sensitive to touch.

My question is, what is this sheet, and where can I get another one from?
