Hey Guys, I have a MBPr 13" and When I turn it on 3 out of 10 times I dont see the top menu bar load! Im not in full screen and I re installed OSX & its still happening! Has anyone else seen this before? Im about to upgrade to Mavericks but dont really want to! Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
