LOL at people who think the icons are changing. If they really bothered Apple they'd have been changed by now. Not happening.

No, they're naming OS X after signature locations in California. Mavericks just happens to be a surfing spot.

I see what they did there... the X in Mavericks is white because it didn't get a new UI, and iOS 7's is colorful because it did, iOS 8's is white and OS X's will be colorful, I bet
