So what's the best Thunderbolt dock available today?

I've been researching the Thunderbolt docks that are on the market and I've come to the conclusion that none of them are perfect. Each model seems to have some major flaw that prevents me from buying it. Whether it's the fact that it makes a noise when unplugged, or no HDMI output, or slow USB 3.0 connections, there just seems to be issues with all the brands.

So what is the best one out right now? I have a 27" Thunderbolt display that it will be daisy chained off of and I basically wanted it to expand the USB 3.0 ports so that I can leave my external drives plugged in all the time. Adding a second display in the future is second priority.

I ended up buying the Elgato. So far seems to be pretty nice. I'm getting write and read speeds to my Raid 1 USB 3.0 storage drive at around 200MB/s. Not too shabby.

I feel like that one has a lot of useless ports on it. eSATA and Firewire are not as important to me as USB 3.0 and an HDMI port.

The Elgato dock I got yesterday seems to be working great.
