Is anybody else on here completely flash free? And if so how does it work out in the long run?

I have a late '09 uMbp, uninstalling flash and moving to safari has made my laptop SO much quieter and a lot less hot... which now means I can have my laptop on my lap without it burning off my leg hair! :D

A few things I can't view because I don't have flash but I work round it or go without... most notably BBC iPlayer! But if you just change your user agent to iOS it miraculously works!

BTW: There is a white list feature in case there are any sites (e.g. YouTube) you don't want to block.

It's a nifty extension.:D

Yea I saw that. Very cool and definitely a nifty extension! :)

And if I read into the Apple keynote correctly, Netflix is supposed to operate natively in Yosemite in Safari without the Silverlight plug-in, so hopefully that would my next target plug-in to purge :p
