My shoulders hurt

Thanks, everyone for the helpful advice. I'm happy with my job, and I don't plan on leaving, but I got the boss to order me a keyboard that will go beneath the desk, like mentioned. I'm working on improving my posture, so hopefully that will help. I really appreciate all the input.
