OS X 10.9.3 Server
Clean install as of last week.
This is on a 2009 iMac.
tested su changeip -checkhostname was working correctly last week.
Now, it does not accept the password.
This happened before once and I started to have weird problems with Deploy Studio not creating USB boot disks.
Ended up installing everything from scratch.
The machine itself is hardly used and is used for serving images only.

BTW Root user is not enabled.
There are two local admin accounts with different passwords.

Another thing.
When I launch Deploy Studio I receive message that I'm unable to connect to the server (via IP) http://ipaddress:60080
