R.I.P. Entourage ?!?!

Own my Macbook outright and just upgraded to OS X 10.7.5 from 10.6.8 because I started getting warnings that 10.6.8 would not be supported anymore by (???). Also have 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 2 GB DDR2 SDRAM. I did a complete Time Machine backup before upgrading. That upgrade, however, has cost me Entourage which won't run on 10.7.5, nor will it let me open any of its files. Apple Mail is...I don't like it. I bought MS Office 2011 Home and Student only to find out it won't run Outlook. (This is why I keep my guns and bullets in separate rooms.) I downloaded and installed Thunderbird instead. Does anyone know how I can get my email folders, emails, and address book out of Entourage into Thunderbird, or even to access them in some way? - Lenny the Luddite.
