Apologies in advance if a thread like this has already been made but I just want to get other people's idea about buying a generic brand glass screen protector from eBay. I found this one that's very thin for my 5S and very affordable compared to official brand ones.

Has anyone had experience buying a generic brand glass screen protector and if so, how were they like compared to the brand ones like Spigen and iLoome?

Never tried a generic brand of glass screen protector. But the Spigen Nano Slim is probably one of the best on the market. It basically feels like you are interacting with your screen without a protector.

I've not used a "generic" glass protector but It's been my experience you get what you pay for.... so if saving a few bucks is worth it to you I say gopher it. ;)
