iPad mini Transfering Music, Photo's etc

i am wanting to upgrade my Son's Mini and rejailbreak it on 7.1.2.
but ages ago our pc died and i had to replace it so haven't got any music, photos in the library that was imported into iTunes stored on the PC that is on the iPad.

anyone know anyway or free software that i will be able to transfer the stuff off the iPad to the PC so he doesn't loose anything

It will pull your photos and documents.

Then log into any computer with an iTunes account and sign into your son's mini iTunes account and download his music to your local computer.

Yes it's jailbroken but the music isn't bought through iTunes but was imported from the old PC
