There are lots of video players for iOS that allow you to download/transfer files from your network to your iOS device for offline playback, but it often takes a long time to transfer these files.

iOS only allows applications to run in the background for 10 minutes so if a file transfer takes longer than that it is killed.

However, iOS 7 (or was it iOS 6?) allows applications to use a new background transfer service so transfers can take an unlimited amount of time. Pocketcasts is a perfect example of an application that uses it and it works flawless.

Are there any video players that support this as well? (Infuse, VidOn, etc?)
