My phone randomly goes into safe mode whenever I answer the phone. Its very annoying.. how do I fix this or locate where the problem is?

I have an iPhone 5S, with iOS 7.0.4

check the crash log under settings -> general -> about -> diagnostic data

look for latestcrash-springboard.ips or somethign similar to that

look at which thread crashed and browse to that and see if there's any tweak name you recognize

I assume the file you're referring to is called "LatestCrash-SpringBoard.plist" it says Thread 1 crashed.. but that thread doesnt have anything useful in terms of identifying which app crashed.
