iPhone How do I backup my iphone WHILE it's jailbroken? iOS 7.0.4 jailbreak [SOLVED]

I have taken photos and videos, added contacts, and downloaded apps (App store apps) etc while Jailbroken.

Well, im about to remove my jailbreak. However; how do I make another backup, so when I restore my phone as new, everything will carry over?

when I plug it up, this is all I see. (No option to backup)

yes, totally usable. Also, iTunes up to date.

Sheesh, I can already tell im in for some bad news.

Thanks for all the help guys. After scouring the internet for a solution, I found one.

Here it is for anyone else that may run into my problem. It seems to be some sort of inconsistency with iTunes and the iPhone.

You have to basically remove the onboard 'iTunescdb' file from the iphone using a program like iFunbox or iTools
