iPhone Tweak Like Color Mail Labels ?

This is one of my favorite tweaks.
It will give you a few options for different styles of user set labels to help differentiate between mail accounts in the unified inbox.

The tweak has not been updated to be compatible with iOS7.

Is there something similar ?

Have a look at Mail Enhancer Pro iOS7. (Besides a lot of others) it offers the option to use different colors for each email account. With all its options it's possibly rather comprehensive, though.

I tried to purchase it, but it says that it's not compatible with my os ?
