What determines the icon for a button in the bottom bar on the screen? I have a button for drudgereport.com and the image is the Yahoo logo. Can I change it? The CNN button has the CNN logo.

Do you mean icons on your home screen? Just press and hold on the icon until it begins to jiggle, then just drag it out of the Dock an move icons to where you wish.

Just happened again. Drudge shortcut now has CBS logo image.

What determines what image is shown for a shortcut?

Code in webpage. If there is no code, a screenshot of the page is used.

I've seen icons get mixed up once in a while, but not persistently, like it's been happening to you.

When I created the shortcut it did show the Drudge homepage. With visiting many pages today re the downed flight MH17 I guess the CBS site was the only
one with a favicon defined.
