restore iPhone as new will delete my backup?

I have bought my iPhone almost before 2 years ago. I have never make a full restore to my iPhone.
If I'll do full restore (and don't restore from backup) all my iCloud backup will be deleted?

Your most recent iCloud backs stay there unless you manually delete it or turn off iCloud entirely. So if you're restoring as new, you will still have that iCloud backup available.
