About Buying Mac OS X DVD

Hello Friends
ive another probleme so i need the version snow leopard 10.6 to format my imac
10.5.8 and the probleme is apple store dosnt ship to other countries
ive contacted resseler of apple here and all of them told me this is an old version and it is not available they just sell imac or iphone or ipad not dvds
im looking in ebay and amazon and all of them dosny ship to my country
so is there a solution or no ?
bcoz i really need to format my imac and thx
