Force Youtube to play HD video in Safari?

I'm looking for a way to force Youtube to ALWAYS play HD content where available, but without removing the ads (Odd request, but I like supporting the Youtubers I like).

I know there is Youtube5 or Youtube Options as extensions for Safari, but they seem to block the ads.

Is there anything I can do to force HD playback?

Should I take this as a no?

YouTube Center is the way to go...I've always used it.

It has way more functionality beyond simply forcing a specific resolution, though. Removing advertisements is one of the options on the first page and I believe it's enabled by default. All you have to do is uncheck the box to disable it.
