Hi,

I have an old 5th gen iPod Classic with a 80gb capacity. However, after trying and failing miserably to change the battery, then the wheel and finally the display, I put it to one side.

I then purchased a 32gb iPod Touch 4th generation, to replace my old one above. My query is it possible to take the 80gb out of the old iPod Classic and fit it into my iPod Touch?

Is the above possible? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanka

No. There is no room in the iPod Touch and it does not have a connector for removable storage.
