Iphone 5s camera flash light leak

I never use my iphone 5s flash before. But this is the result. There is a serious flash light leak. No casing use. The camera it's like portruding from the case, it's like there is a thin screenguard but only on the camera module.

I don't think it's normal. Is there any explanation for this?

That looks normal. The items at the bottom are in the front and the phone will focus on that and adjust exposure automatically. Take a picture of a person standing in front of a wall, it will be a lot different.
