Agreed. I wish they'd remake it at like 2x resolution. No 3D crap, just 2D goodness with more detail (but not too much).

IIRC, CT only used Mode 7 in one scene, the racing bike. And it was really a beautiful game (still is.). FF3-4 were in crude 3D, no?
