I am having this problem and I think it affects a larger amount of iPhone users.
The problem is as specified here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6479620. I tried to google it but looks like a new issue.
The Show My Caller ID is switched off and keeps switching itself off. I cannot receive nor make calls, texts nor 3G internet. Any advices?
