All those extra pixels need extra battery. Assuming battery life on the 4.7 inch will be the same

No indications yet that the 5.5 will have more pixels than the 4.7.

There also hasn't been a leak about the screen's specs yet. 5.5 is such a huge jump from 4.0, I have a hard time believing they won't increase the pixels.

Sure, but I said 5.5 and 4.7, not 5.5 and 4.0.

Well they can still say it doesn't have a removable battery... Then again the hundreds of battery cases and portable batteries you can get already take the place of that, at least as far as "wall hugging" is concerned.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... but hater's gonna hate!!
Im calling it: 4.7" iPhone will be just under 1080p. The iPhone megalodon resolution will be almost has high as the LG G3.

If this is real, I'm buying a 5.5"

REALLY hope it's not long delayed after the 4.7" though

Surely, that must mean it's fake.
Every "good" spy shot has to include a long coke nail.

If it's because you believe there is no perceivable improvement beyond Retina, I would have to disagree.

From the 9to5mac photos of the 5.5 next to the 4.7, looks like the 5.5 is barely bigger than the 4.7, and has proportionally much smaller top/bottom bezels. Sweet.

If they could pack that into a 4.7" variant, my life would be complete.

Starting to get a bit indecisive on which model I want, that's IF they both exist...I don't even know anymore.

Apple, take my money, I will gladly throw it at you.

Yeah, if they are accurate, and the 5.5 has more pixels, then I'll probably go 5.5...and I'd never in a million years think I'd get a phone that size.

I doubt this is legitimate. Apple typically lists the output voltage on their batteries. In that case, it would almost certainly be 3.8V as that's a fairly standard ratings for phones and phablets. Any higher means a different chemistry and more wasted power as it converts the voltage down on the PCB.

Edit: missed the 3.82V. Looks like it had both voltages listed on it.

More pixels means nothing if the PPI is the same.

Huh? It means you can see more on the screen at the same time.

Since the processor certainly doesn't run at 3.8V, they presumably already scale it down with a voltage regulator.

He said he would get the 5.5 over the 4.7 if it had more pixels, but that means nothing if both screens have the same PPI since the screens would look the same.

And, like I said, it does mean something. More pixels at the same PPI means you can see more on the screen at once.

And that extra 500 mV would be turned into heat in the device. However, I missed the 3.82V on there so it's all as well.
