Configure Mac Mail to send emails to certain people via a specific emails address

I'd like to configure Mail to look at the "to" field in in my mail composition box, and use it to determine the e-mail address from which the mail should be sent. If the message is to be sent to someone whose address is edufacility.edu, then Mail should use my edufacility e-mail address (BTW, edufacility, AFAIK, is fake.) All other emails should be sent from my personal account.
