I am trying to unlock my icloud account but without success.
I do have two step verification setup. Resetting the password works just fine. That means I go through the two step verification process, I create a new password in the end but in the end I still get no access to icloud.com or on my Mac or any iOS device.
With the new password I can access other apple services like logging here into the support forums or getting access to my Apple Store account or my Support account page.
Just no luck with iCloud itself. On my Mac, iPhone, iPad and on icloud.com I get the same repeat message that my account is locked for security reasons and I have to reset my password on iforgot.apple.com which I now did at least 5 times.
Unfortunately today is Sunday and I cannot call anyone at Apple. Otherwise I would do just that.
Any ideas are appreciated.
